Steel Band is the outstanding group formed
by Chicago's most sought after steel pan performer.
Joe brings his distinctive style to blend the
steel pan sound with Caribbean, Pop, Latin &
Jazz music. For over a decade, he has delighted
audiences throughout the Midwest while performing
with Steel Express, Pan Go, Marshall Vente &
Tropicale, Island Dreams, Stardust Island, the
Steel Heads, the Ken Arlen Orchestra and countless
other bands who have relied on his artistry.
Joe has been featured at Taste of Chicago, the
World Cup 94 at Soldier Field, and with Jimmy
Buffet at Poplar Creek Music Theatre. (Joe's
